I was ready to make some huge purchases today for me and my mother. The way I was greeted was beyond rude. The girl with a long brown hair carrying a dog around, followed me like she thought I was going to steal things off the shelf. I asked her for a price of mealworms. She brushed me off saying 22ish. Then immediately started talking to other customers that were dressed fancy. Just to be clear, I was on my way into work next-door so maybe I wasn’t dressed the fanciest or dripping in my jewels but you lost a huge sale and probably a regular customer as I work across the street and we’re so excited to find a place that I could shop and then go home. I don’t know what the issue was exactly what this person if she’s not the owner needs to be fired. And if she is the owner, learn how to treat people.

I came in here pretty new to birding and the staff was so excited to help me, and so incredibly knowledgeable. Danny answered all the questions I had and then some. It got me even more excited than I already was to be a part of this hobby. Highly recommend!

This place is great! Always helpful and resourceful! Can’t believe it’s in such a perfect spot for Nexton! Recommend everyone for their outdoor needs and bird insight.

I was excited when I bought the bird feeder and the food recommended by the sale associates. And not one bird in site now had bird food out for a few months now. Still no birds and feeder and food is still in my yard. I went back to the store and ask. They did not offer that I bring it back and find something different. They state give it some time. Well we are almost at the end of Spring and still no birds. Waist is almost $70.00. The staff are friendly but not sure how educated they are about recommending what to purchase.

My wife and I came here before a dinner date and we enjoyed everything about it! Friendly staff that were happy to answer questions or just have small talk. I didn't plan on buying anything when we went in but with how great they handled me and other customers I had to buy something to support them. I will be back again!
